Chapbooks

We will produce a limited number of chapbooks in our chapbook series and as pdf "e-book" downloads.

At this time we are not planning to publish printed chapbooks until later in 2010, but will be working on the "e-chap" library so you are invited to inquire about the production of your creative work in that format.

Please feel free to inquire:

Paul Corman-Roberts:

juliuspablo@fullofcrow.com

Lynn Alexander:

lynnalexander@fullofcrow.com

Paul handles the text of the manuscripts, and Lynn focuses primarily on the presentation, art, and production.

Please organize your manuscript as a cohesive group of about 8-10 pages, in .doc or .rtf format attached to an email query. If you have images, photography, or other graphics or have a particular concept in mind, please describe that in your email. We want to work together with you to achieve the layout and tone that you feel is best for the presentation of your work. it is not necessary that you provide anything but the manuscript, however.

We are open to poetry, fiction, and content of various styles including experimental and text art. If you are interested in developing an idea such as an anthology, collection, or other work with multiple contributors please inquire and describe the project.

For examples, please refer to our e-book page where you will find e-chaps of poetry, short story collections, anthologies, text art, and other samples.

Chapbooks

Chapbooks are currently available for many of the contributors at Full of Crow. Please contact Lynn Alexander for information about our non-profit distribution, FC Distro, where we house copies of chapbooks from different independent publishers as a cooperative resource.

This means that we do not necessarily publish all of the chapbooks and zines that we arrange to distribute, or have a financial or other stake in their sale- but have centralized some of the ordering of chapbooks to assist our contributors. We often provide technical assistance for chapbooks and zines, consultation to self publishers, a presence at small press and zine fairs, and have copies of contributor chapbooks either on hand or ready to ship.

In a few months, we will have a full listing of available titles, ordering guidelines, payment methods, collected PDF/downloads, zines, and more. Check back at FC Press or inquire.

FC Press will continue to produce limited chapbooks as part of our chapbook series.

Chapbook production is by invitation or discussion, we cannot accept unsolicited manuscripts at this time.

When we produce chapbooks, we can provide graphic and art assistance, layout support, printing resources, processing assistance, and distribution. FC PRESS IS A NON PROFIT.

Your donations and payments go directly into the funding of new projects. We believe in transparency and partnership.
