like
heat-lightening streaks
a distance
in between
where i see
and
where i can reach each
as
every breath takes and gives life away…
the orbit
the spectrum
and
a narcotic kiss on your shoulder
diamonds
left
in the darkness
we
can finger a line
from
neck
to
thigh
until the quiet finds a tone
that
no night can cover
an
eye
open
by
thunder
