{"id":1088,"date":"2011-03-13T01:38:36","date_gmt":"2011-03-13T01:38:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fullofcrow.com\/poetry\/?page_id=1088"},"modified":"2011-03-13T01:38:36","modified_gmt":"2011-03-13T01:38:36","slug":"editors-note-drehmer-311","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fullofcrow.com\/poetry\/archives\/editors-note-drehmer-311\/","title":{"rendered":"Editor&#8217;s Note, Aleathia Drehmer, 3\/11"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hello friends, old and new, of Crow Poetry.\u00a0 It is with great pleasure that I find myself &#8220;home&#8221; at Full of Crow again in the poetry department.\u00a0 It has a full circle sort of feeling that reminds us all of how the world waxes and wanes with the moon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I want to thank MK Chavez for doing a lovely job whilst in the position before me and wish her the greatest luck on her new adventures in life.\u00a0 Thank you MK!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I look forward to being a part of this family of editors once again.\u00a0 They are all dedicated workers and lovers of the small press and of the prospect of building a community of writers rather than a place full of fame and flashy lights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please enjoy the spring issue of Crow Poetry featuring some intriguing writers both familiar and unfamiliar to me.\u00a0 It is my aspiration to open the door to new work for everyone in the coming issues. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Update, Full of Crow Poetry: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We appreciate your patience during the editorial transition, and encourage those with questions and concerns about work that was submitted to MK Chavez from October 2010 to February 2011 to please get in touch (Attn: Aleathia Drehmer at poetry@fullofcrow.com) as we do not have copies of these submissions or related correspondence. We at Full Of Crow are very grateful to Aleathia Drehmer for her help as we try to make things right here. She has been working very hard to help us do right by the writers who have trusted us with their poetry.
