Am I Clear?<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I am chartreuse<\/p>\n

that sees red<\/p>\n

in my blueness<\/p>\n

morphing into pure gold<\/p>\n

I\u2019m an opaque alchemist<\/p>\n

trying to<\/p>\n

turn you<\/p>\n

all green<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sleep\/Love Mindfulness Poem<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I like watching\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 people sleep<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

my big sister<\/p>\n

crowding into<\/p>\n

my twin<\/p>\n

bed with me<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

when I was small<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

perhaps it\u2019s<\/p>\n

because I\u2019ve<\/p>\n

never<\/p>\n

been able<\/p>\n

to sleep\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 myself<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the voices in my head keeping me awake<\/p>\n

one way or another<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

but this\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 was\u00a0 not always so bad<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

there\u2019s a security in hearing\/seeing\/knowing<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

a cat curling into a C<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Little Dog\u2019s sweet\u00a0 pepper perfume<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

my brother\u2019s snores<\/p>\n

through the wall<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

my grandmother\u2019s favorite blue flower at the end of the day<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

there is something about knowing that<\/p>\n

other creatures<\/p>\n

are asleep<\/p>\n

that<\/p>\n

says everything<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

is going to\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 be all right<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

for now<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I love watching you sleep<\/p>\n

after we fuck<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

while the glow is still around<\/p>\n

and my\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 thighs trembling<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I climb into the colors of your\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 chest<\/p>\n

and tell\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 myself<\/p>\n

epic\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 love stories<\/p>\n

of what will be<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

watch the thump of your heartbeat through<\/p>\n

your chest<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

count each body hair<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

smell your beard<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

listen to<\/p>\n

you<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
